I love snow and cold weather. I truly do. And living in Virginia is killing me! I remember past years of fun in the snow and I am becoming a bit cranky and feeling sorry for myself with my warm and dry winter.

Last year in Virginia we had a little more snow than this but still nothing to write home about. However, when we lived in Ohio it was lovely. When Milton was just a baby we would strap him to my husband's chest and cross country ski around the tiny little town we lived in. Then when Maeva was small we took walks in the snow together.
This year I am just trying to get Milton to keep his sweatshirt on while he is playing outside. He is getting so hot in the sun and it is hard to reason with him when his little cheeks are flushed from warmth and it is pushing 60 in February!
It's depressing and I want my snow! Give it back Rome! Or... or else... or else I'll just have to come over there and get it myself! (Hmm. That wouldn't be so bad - I've not been to Italy yet!)
