It is that time of year again, CHRISTMAS!
That means break out the Christmas tunes (in truth, I have been listening to Christmas music for months but I kind of try to keep that a secret because some do not understand the crazy Christmas lovers like myself...) I have also begun digging for my Christmas decorations (and yes, I truly mean "digging"). I love Christmas and basically everything about it. I grew up in a home where Mom went all out with the decorations, I always felt like Christmas kind of exploded in our home and I loved that! Throughout the Christmas season you could smell bake goods and pine needles, you would (and still will ) find bright colors, tinsel, lights, snowmen and other fun Christmas like things. This year for the first time we have a mantle and I am so excited to decorate it for Christmas. Of course we will be hanging our stockings up there but I am anxious to see what other fun ideas I can do with it. Here are some fun pictures I have seen. 
We are going to be heading out to Hobby Lobby to see what fun craft things we can pick up! I will let you in on the project once it begins. Here is a before picture of my mantle, it definitely needs some Christmas cheer added to it!
